Total Caffeine per Serving
Approximate total caffeine from all sources (coffee powder + green tea extract + guaraná extract): ~92 mg per sachet. For reference, a standard 200 ml cup of instant coffee contains approximately 60-80 mg of caffeine. Adults sensitive to caffeine, pregnant individuals and those with cardiovascular concerns should consult their GP before use.
The European Food Safety Authority advises that caffeine intakes of up to 400 mg per day do not raise safety concerns for healthy adults (EFSA 2015). This product contributes approximately 23% of that reference value per serving.
